KaiGong（开工云）提供报价、发票及业务单据管理的软件工具与 AI 辅助功能，不构成会计、税务、法律或财务顾问服务。我们不对您依据本系统所作经营或报税决策承担责任。 KaiGong provides software for quotations, invoices, and related documents, plus AI assistance. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. We are not responsible for business or tax decisions you make using the platform.

内容与合规Content & compliance

• 您对账号内录入、生成、发送的全部单据内容负全部责任，包括金额、税率、客户信息及法律效力。 You are solely responsible for all data you enter, generate, or send, including amounts, tax rates, customer details, and legal validity.
• AI 输出仅供参考，不保证完整、准确或符合当地法规；正式对外使用前须人工复核。 AI output is for reference only and is not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or compliant; human review is required before external use.

可用性与数据Availability & data

• 我们将尽力保持服务稳定，但不保证不间断或无错误；维护、升级或不可抗力可能导致短暂中断。 We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure may cause downtime.
• 请自行备份重要数据。因您未及时备份、误操作或第三方原因造成的数据丢失，我们在法律允许范围内不承担责任。 Maintain your own backups. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss due to lack of backup, user error, or third-party causes.

责任限制Limitation of liability

在法律允许的最大范围内，KaiGong 及其运营方对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的间接、附带、惩罚性损害或利润损失不承担责任；对任何索赔的责任总额不超过您就该服务在过去十二个月内已支付的费用（如有）。 To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaiGong and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive damages, or lost profits. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid by you for the service in the preceding twelve months (if any).
